Have had a very emotional week.
Don't know if it is the D or just me.
BUT I am waaaaay more moody than normal.
I think it is partly due to the lack of sleep. Even though I dont feel tired , I am only getting 4 or 5 hours of sleep each night and that must be taking a toll.
I cried for four hours straight the other day.
I'm beginning to feel a lot better now though.
Last night I visited my BFF (love her) and we polished off a couple of bottles of bubbly and talked and talked. Best therapy. I have not had a drink since starting on the D so I was very drunk by the end , but it was very much needed.
I'm thinking about having a day or two off the D to see if I can catch up on some sleep. It will also be a bit of a test to see if I can stick to making good food choices.
Weigh in is tomorrow but I have lost 9.5 kilos so far (4 weeks), so the hope is that I can hit the 10 kilo mark. Maybe tomorrow? If not, before 1 calendar month ticks over
