Week 2 (Tuesday)
Weight loss has slowed down a bit this week.
After such a huge loss the week before it is to be expected.
This week I lost 1.4 kilos.
That makes my total loss for the two weeks 5.6 kilos.
Still a pretty respectable loss and if I kept doing that each week I would be happy.
It has been super cold here this week and it has really put me off walking. Once I add some movement in it should help shake things up a bit.
I hopped on the scales this morning (wednesday) and another half a kilo. woohoo
