Have had an up and down week.
Still a respectable loss of 1.6 kg.
That brings me down to 107.6 kg.
My total loss for the 4 weeks is 9.4 kg.
I am still not drinking enough water, so my task for the next week is to
**DRINK MORE WATER**
My aim is to hit a 10 kg loss in the next few days.
This is the smallest I have been in a very long time.
People have started to notice
I am almost ready to buy a smaller pair of pants!!!!
