Finally! A good week

After too many average weeks, with lack of motivation and several hiccups, I have finally had some success at getting things back on track, :laughing:.
The secret for me is to go back to being accountable. That means, having a plan, setting goals and writing things down, until I get a feeling of being back on top of it.
This week I set myself a plan for exercising and a rough eating plan. I wrote it down and what I planned to achieve, and tried to stick to it as much as possible. It was nice knowing what I was expected to do each day and I managed to stick with the plan for most of the time. I exercised more than I anticipated which was a real plus. Each day I wrote down what I had done and if I had stuck with it and I have a reward for sticking with it (manicure).
The result was a huge success!
I lost 1.7kg.
I am really happy and am going to try to do it all again this week.

Ah, Teddie. I have not been on the forums for a while. Things here are just too crazy and I have only been weighing myself every 3 or 4 weeks. Things are going slow but in the right direction.
