19 WEEKS I have been at this.. yo yo roller coaster ride of DUROMINE , THYROXINE AND EXERCISE AND HEALTHY FOOD CHOICES .... Today was the first time my hubby and daughter noticed and commented that my butt /hips are getting smaller ...Finally !!
Hubbies comment was a gr8 boost to my positive attitude today, as he looked at my butt while I was walking away from him and then told me ..needed that ..My daughter on the other hand, only noticed when I sat in the car seat and went to tie my seatbelt, her comment was, "mom I can see you have lost weight as, you can now see the seatbelt slot when you sit down, " HAHAHAHAHAH !! I laughed but still not sure why , AS she had such a serious look on her face and did not find it funny at all, she was being genuinely honest, hahahahah... goes to show they are aware ALL the time and do NOTICE it all, even though they do not say .or comment , they really are aware, and that makes me happy, makes me want to keep going at this, as slow as it is , results are coming slowly but surely ..
