First Blog - Day 5

Have been on duromine for 5 days and today was the first time I weighed myself since getting the prescription. I was pretty happy to see that I lost nearly 4kgs! I haven't been doing any exercise so starting this week I will make sure I have at least 4 gym sessions a week.

I am going well so far! The first day or 2 I was feeling hungry but last night we went to a theme park for a work event and there was a free meal for everyone. I hadn't had much to eat all day (just 2 rice cakes with vegemite for lunch as I was called in to work that morning and missed breakky) but I couldn't even eat all of my chicken burger and had less than half of the chips because I felt full - which is a strange feeling!

I've cut out all soft drinks and have been replacing ice cream (which I looooooove) with mango/lemon sorbet and eating less bread. It's only been under a week but am feeling really positive and am looking forward to getting healthy and losing weight :laughing:
