Hi all first day for me ... At 153cm and 110kg I have to make serious changes in my life I'm determined ..... I need to get healthy for myself and my family . I need to motivate myself and stick to it. This going to be a long journey. I'm sick of body aches and pains, having difficulty in dressing bending and even my own personal care it's embarrassing. I'm on the 15mg to start as I'm very sensitive to medication took it about 2hrs ago 8am only symptom is dry mouth ..had one caffeine free skim coffee let's see how the first 24hrs unfolds
