Fit before 50

I'm 47 and would like to be fit and healthy again before i turn 50, good lord 50... This is my first time taking Duromine and I'm hoping it will help me kick this weight for good. Started today and so far the side affects haven't been too bad, just thirsty, knees aching when i walk up stairs, itchy (skin crawling) and a bit of anxiousness.

Food today
Breakfast
2 slices toast (multigrain)
2 teaspoons peanut butter
1 coffee

Lunch
1 bread roll
2 slices shaved roast beef
teaspoon pickles
1 coffee

Snack
1 Banana

Dinner
1 chop
2 small jacket potatoes
peas and corn
pot of tea

Snack
1 coffee
A lot of water

I slept for 2 hours, went to bed at 2am woke up at 4:10. Not much in the way of side effects today, just a bit of a headache if I'm not drinking enough and go's away as soon as i top up on water.

Food today

Breakfast
1 cup cornflakes
1/4 cup skim milk
1 coffee

Lunch
1 cup minestrone soup
1 turkey and tomato sandwich
(54g) Turkey
1/2 small tomato
1 teaspoon margarine
2 slices multi grain bread

Dinner
Steak and wedges
100g steak
1 potato cut into wedges sprinkled with salt
quick spray oil Baked in the oven

Snacks
1 small orange
15 mixed nuts

Bucket of water ;)

Slept well last night 1:52am till 9:02 almost 7 hours. No side effects today except dry mouth and even that's not that bad so I'm feeling pretty lucky. Missed lunch today because i had to take my son to get x-rays.

Not as much water as i should have had.

Normally when i wake up of a morning i have my breakfast then i take the tablet but this morning i woke up late and thought i would just have the tablet then wait for lunch before i ate, bad move.I started feeling sick, got a headache and was so dry i could have drank a dam dry ... lesson learned :eek:

2 egg scramble
2 eggs
Tablespoon milk
salt and pepper
2 toast multi grain

Lunch
Beef burger Home made
100g heart smart mince
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 red capsicum
1/4 onion
1 red chilli
lettuce
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 multi grain bread roll

Dinner
Chicken and lettuce
100g shaved chicken
lettuce
tablespoon dressing

Hubby and i went to the movies tonight and being a heavy smoker i would normally sit with a bucket of popcorn and a large soft drink to keep my hands and mouth busy, tonight i took

Snacks
Sultanas 35g
Sesame snaps 40g
salsa
Natural corn chips
