I really struggled with this before D, and now on D it is even worse on some days , till dinner that is ..Thanks to good Duromine friends on this site {you know who you are " I have been reminded again to Eat !! BREAKFAST LIKE A KING ....This week I have two goals I want to accomplish and make into habits for the rest of my life ,not just on "good days ".... EAT brekkie ,lunch and dinner, EVERYDAY , and exercise EVERYDAY, for the time allocated to the exercise ...Got the house gym sorted, food for the week prepped ,so it is win ,win situation ...Right ???

My mini home gym area, no excuses, I have books, dvd's exercise equipment , goal pictures,I pad ,Tv ,my Ipod and my journal to motivate me everyday, no matter what ... how are your workouts going everyone,would love to hear what you all do to keep you focussed ..

Well its all nice and organized, you are doing good and now thats your quiet room LoL.. You just go in there do your thing relax let the sweat out take deep breath and do it again tomorrow. I hope you enjoy your little Gym, maybe you can invite few of us Duromine Friends ;). It would be good to have a group of ladies and to do little exercise outside, here in Sydney the weather is great, we could all go to the park have our workout outside the fresh air would do us good too and then every week we gotta change it up so our workouts are fun and exciting. lol .. I have good imagination. :p:laughing::);)
