It is not weigh in day (that is Tuesday) but I just had to share because I want to shout from the rooftops that I finally am under 100 kg.
Yay!
DOUBLE DIGITS.
Thought I would do a sneaky jump on the scale this morning.
AND...... 98.9 kg ..... yep, I finally made it.
Under 100 kilos.
That means my BMI has gone from 40 which was in the VERY OBESE category and only 1 kg off being MORBIDLY OBESE, to 34 which is just OBESE
Next mini goal.... Under 90 kg..... then 86 which will mean I am in the OVERWEIGHT category.
