From mid day yesterday I had an insane headache. 
Assumed it was the D. At about 4 pm I looked back and figured out that I had not had any cups of tea. I am usually a big tea drinker (5-6 cups a day). So now I am thinking that it was probably withdrawal from the caffeine in my tea. I had a tea as soon as I realised and the headache did not go away immediately. Another tea before bed and I have woken this morning with no headache.
*** Must remember to start my day with a tea ***
For the next few days at least I will have a couple and wean myself off them all together.
On the up side. I hopped on the scales this morning and I have lost 2.4 kg . I am thrilled, even though it was first thing in the morning and I know that I can fluctuate a it through the day.
I'm not hungry at all. Will force myself to have some breakfast... and a cup of tea
