Day 1 was great- minor headache but otherwise fine. Day 2 been tougher. Work up at 312 am and could not go back to sleep. Did NHS C25K podcast week 2 2nd run. Easy capizi Lemmon squeese Breakie was healthy, lunch fish and a salad supper very little spinach pasta with feta chess. Snacked on two bananas- naughty nible a square of milk chocolate. Felt some heart palpitations and general restlessness.- the God's of sleep please help- I live to fight another day
