I started taking Duromine 15mg today. So far so good, I was waiting for these hectic side effects ....but luckily I never experienced anything other than just wanting to drink more liquid.

I am getting married in June and I dont want fat pictures hence why I need to make this change.

I currently weigh 76kg and I want to get down to at least 60kg by end of May.

Ive cut out all carbs ....lets see.

Any advise from anyone.

Ok… so you need to lose 16 kg in 4 months. That is 4 kg a month, or 1 kg a week. Sounds like pretty healthy weight loss rate. =) I am writing all these so that you understand that you have plenty of time and you need to do everything in a very stable way, so that you can maintain the result.

Cutting out all the carbs is not the best idea in the long run. If you wish, you can alternate carbs-free days with days when you eat normal healthy foods, which contain carbs and proteins and fats, and fiber. You don’t need to lose 15 kilos in a week, and gain 20 back by the end of May. This is not your goal.

I know that right now you want to cut out everything and limit your nutrition to two eggs a day, but that will do only bad. Please, review your menu, you can use any online calculator to make up a proper plan for the week, which will help you fit into the required 1200 calories a day. Besides, you need to add some exercises. How about that?
