Holiday Time

No scales for a week.I'm off on holidays with the family.
Will be interesting to see what the damage is once I return.
Probably a good thing, since it is that time of year.
I will endeavour to walk a lot, bike ride and eat moderately but I know I will be very out of routine. I am allowing myself this week to relax and regroup before I get back on the 3rd. My birthday is the 4th (Sunday) so that makes for a good restart on the Monday.
I have been at this so long that I could not do too much damage even if I wanted to. I have many new habits, like eating smaller portions, drinking lots of water and moving way more than I used to. I naturally am making better choices.
I will see the New Year in.... well under 100 kilos, Almost 30 kilos lighter than last year, over half way towards my goal, 10 BMI points lower, almost in the Overweight category from being Obese III, at least 3 sizes smaller, happier, more energetic and much healthier physically as well as mentally.
I hope everyone has a brilliant New Year and is energised and excited about 2015.
