The past two weeks have been challenging.
Lots of stuff going on. Stresses etc.
AND I have been unwell.
It always all happens at once.

I am now 86kgs and not happy.
That is the biggest gain I have had since I began.
I have decided that I am going to turn things around.

We seem to have a handle on the stresses (yay!) My eldest and youngest are both travelling. One to Thailand and the other to China. My middle child is on holidays from uni for two weeks starting Friday as well. So life can go at a slower pace.
On the weight loss side of things...
I have an appointment with my GP tomorrow and will discuss with him if I should start another course of D. I have been off them now since before Christmas so I am hoping that I can have another 3 months to get the last 10-20 kilos off.
I also have started seriously focusing on my weight loss again since the past few months it has not been a priority. I purchased a 'FitBook'

I started logging on Monday and I have planned the next 12 weeks of exercise doing the Kayla Itsines program. Each week I have to plan my exercise and diet for the week and try to stick to it. I have found that planning my meals and tracking keeps me motivated and helps me stay focused. So far (day 2) I am exercising, keeping on track with my diet and drinking heaps of water.
I'm committing to the whole 12 weeks. That should get me very close to being in my healthy weight range. I only have 13 kilos until I am at the top of that range. 12 weeks also brings me to 12 months since I began my weight loss journey. It would be great to reach a healthy weight in that time and is perfect motivation for me to put in 100%.
I hope everyone is having a better week than my past couple have been.
