I haven't had any issues and I don't think anyone on here as had serious issues. I think best to talk it through with your doctor. There is no harm in asking questions.

Perhaps also start on the lowest dosage and see how you go. You can only give it ago.

When you go to the doctors they will weigh you and take your blood pressure. My doctor got blood tests done as well. If you have any problems that are contra indicated for Duromine they should not prescribe it.
You will only be given a script for one or two months and your doc will want you to come in for regular checks. I go in monthly. If you have any problems you should see your doctor.
I found that the first week or two I experienced a lot of the side effects and being on this website was fantastic to figure out what was normal and what I should be concerned about.
I too was worried about starting. It was scary but once I started I realized my fears were unfounded.
I cannot stress enough how much help this site has been. It is so good to be able to discuss any concerns and research what is likely to occur.
