Cant wait til weigh in this saturday. Im not expecting the same as last week as i have been inactive in comparison. But im still hoping for a loss. I will let you know how i go of course :) Im on the 30mg but i feel hungry most days even after ive eaten. Should i get a higher dose? I also dont experience any side effects now.

Day 9 Sunday
Woke up: 7am, took pill
Activities: Gardening, cleaning, sorted out some business stuff and watched a movie.
Breakky: Boiled egg and a slice of multigrain bread.
Lunch: Leftover bbq’d kebab and salad.
Dinner: Steak and veggies
Snacks: Orange, grapes carrot sticks
Drinks: 2 600ml bottles of water, 1 cup hilo milk and 1 green tea.
Exercise: 1hr walking (morning and night walk)
Side Effects: None :laughing: I think I might be coming down with a cold tho.
Tip: Just adding 1 teaspoon of Sugar, honey or jam to a meal or drink is 80kj! Sugar is high in caloric content and has virtually no nutritional value. Avoid soft drinks, sports drinks, cordials and even most fruit juices as much as possible, better yet never drink it again. Make a lifestyle change. 1 can 330ml of coca-cola contains 9tsp of sugar!!!! It won’t even hydrate you as it is a diuretic. Too much sugar in your diet can cause obesity, type 2 diabetes, cancers, heart disease and increases the risk of stroke. Over consumption of sugar has been linked to depression, learning disorders, poor memory and rotting teeth.

Day 10
Woke up: 7am feeling run down and sick (flu/cold)
Breakky: 2 boiled eggs and 1 slice of multigrain bread.
Lunch: Carrot sticks and philedelphia
Dinner: Subway 6 inch – chicken teriyaki
Snacks: Grapes
Drinks: 2 600ml bottles of water and 1 green tea.
Exercise: None was raining
Side Effects: None but I feel unwell so it’s hard to tell.
Tips: Cheese is not a carb but does contain high amounts of fat. Always go for a fat reduced variety or swap for a different dairy alternative. 1 serve of dairy is equivalent to 1 cup of milk, 200g yoghurt, 30g cheese, 60g cottage or ricotta cheese, 1 scoop of ice-cream and 1 cup of custard. The average person should have 2-3 serves of dairy. – Gees I really need to eat more dairy haha

Day 11
Woke up: 8am feeling awful (sick) still took the pill
Activities: Not much haha
Breakky: blueberry yoghurt
Lunch: Left over subway (equivalent to 3inch)
Dinner: Weight watchers meal 290 calories
Snacks: Grapes and a slice of turkey breast
Drinks: 2 600ml bottles water and 1 green tea
Exercise: 30 min walk
Side Effects: None
Tip: If something says cholesterol free this does not mean its low in fat. Cholesterol is only found in animal fats as only they make cholesterol not plants etc. Vegetable, canola, sunflower and olive oils are all cholesterol free but are 100% fat. Most oils are around 120 calories per table spoon.

Day 12
Wake up: 7 am. Still feel really sick. I think I’m getting an ear infection as well.
Activities: At home with my baby girl.
Breakky: A cup full of grapes
Lunch: Mango yoghurt
Dinner: Pork chop and steamed veggies
Snacks: A handful of cashews, and a slice of ham
Drinks: 2 600ml bottles of water – I find it really hard to drink a lot of water even tho I don’t drink much else. I’ve been dehydrated for years. It feels like a task to drink. I know when I need to drink when I start feeling dizzy lol. I just don’t feel thirsty...
Exercise: 30 minute walk
Side effects: None
Tip: Avoid dried fruit. It has got tons of added sugar and sulphur to keep it preserved. It also has 3 times the calories compared to the fruit in its natural form.
