Keeping active and The Gym

Hi Everyone!

I've spent the past week at the gym (with my waist trainer) and I have to say I've been feeling great!
Now not everyone can go to gym all the time for a number of reasons - taking care of children, gym fees, time constraints etc - but I have to stress that being active whilist on Duromine will not only get you to your goal weight faster but also keep you there after you stop taking the suppresant.

I have a fear of saggy/loose skin that comes with weight loss so Im doing weights as much as I am doing cardio. Below is my run down;

Upon arrival I place my bag in the locker with my next weight goal - locker number 88 for now.
Treadmill:
-10 minutes walking at a considerable pace to get my heart rate up and ready
Bike:
- I cycle for 15minutes (+-5kms) or do the fitness test which increases intensity with every level passed, always look to do better than my previous stage.
Weight Machines:
- I spend 20-30minutes here working on my arms, hips, bums and thighs, not forgetting my core (tummy)
- Virgin active has a 45sec circuit that you can time yourself and be able to alternate between the machines.

I'm not trying to preach to anyone but lets not have people come back saying " I gained all the weight back", lets make being active a habit, a lifestyle.

**Just a side note always remeber to cook before you go excercise, youll be starving later, but drink water in order to get fuller faster and not overeat, Im still trying to get a hold of that myself
