Dished up a small plate of pasta for supper and it was actually MORE than enough. SO my food diary for today is: sliced mangos for breakfast, one banana for lunch and a small plate of the most delicious pasta for supper (a person would think I'm an Italian, it was really good, normally the food I make is terrible).
Kinda scared for tomorrow because I'm back on 15mg's - BUT mind-over-matter, I'm going to do well again (put some willpower into the mix!).
