Hi

I am 21 years old, about 1.73 meters and weigh 70.7kgs. I've never been over weight but I've never been confident with my weight either. I've always felt shapeless and that my body was not in proportion. I've got a big bust but a small bum. I'm a 34/36 now. And a 34DD cup. I've don't really want to be skinny just confident in my own skin and in a bikini.

Today is my first day
I plan excercing for about 30 minutes to an hour a day. A walk/jog and squats. I'm starting the 30days squat challenge as well. Oh I'm on the 30mg btw.
I'm also training my metabolism to be faster. So I'm eating "heavy" breakfast and a light dinner
Im also cutting out all sodas, junk, fried foods, red meat...only eating fish and chicken and a lot of veggies and fruits
Obviously a lot of water.

Oh so you have a blog! Again, welcome to the forum and wish you a fantastic Duromine journey! Hope you will approach this seriously and will introduce more exercises and healthy eating. What I saw on the photos you posted… seems to me your main problems are exactly the foods that you are planning to cut, as well as a sedentary lifestyle. These together usually add up the unwanted deposits in the most treasured places. =))

Exercise, exercise, exercise – you need to tone your skin and muscles. Swimming would be great for you, along with a complex of cardio and weight trainings. Hope Duromine will help you easily cut the bad stuff and start feeding your body with good fuel. =)


Best of luck and I am keeping my fingers crossed for your success, Zees! I can already see that perfect bust-waist-hips combination that you will reach soon, if you try hard enough.
