Hey All,

I am new here and have been struggling to find any sort of answer about this online.

I work out first thing in the morning and like pre trainer to give myself a boost, has anyone had any concerns with taking pre trainer and duromine together?

I’m 178 cm, starting weight as of Thursday is 102.5 kilos and am hoping to get to 77 to be in a healthy weight range.

Thanks in advance!

Hi All,

I took my duromine as normal this morning and about 10 minutes later my pre work out. I had no concerns at all in case anyone was curious.

Hey! Welcome to the forum! Glad that you feel nothing negative from mixing Duromine and pre work out. By the way, what are you taking? And how do you feel on Duromine? Any side effects? Appetite suppression?

Hey April. I’m on 30mg. I’ve had duromine before about 1-2 years ago but I still ate crap and never exercised. Over the last few years I’ve found a love for exercise but still are crap so decided to give it another go. I felt a bit buzzed for the first day or 2 but totally normal now. Definitely have don’t have the appetite I used to (except this morning I was really hungry after my work out) but normally all I want to do is eat and now I’m comfortable just with a small healthy choice as I’m not really “craving” anything. I’m feeling confident this time, my killer is alcohol, I have a few drinks every night but that won’t change and I’m not going to beat myself up over it, it will just take a little longer.

Hi Armin! Sounds like this time on Duromine is bound for success! Now that you exercise actively and are willing to eat consciously, I am sure that the results will please you.

It’s so great that you immediately got the appetite suppression and freedom from cravings. =) but… the alcohol… you need to somehow deal with it. switch to something… it’s probably already a habit to sit and relax with a glass of something in your hand. Change the drink. I am not sure if you are aware… but Duromine is not allowed for use with alcohol, since they can interfere, since alcohol can affect your body response to Duromine, since alcohol can affect the way your body processes foods, as well as impair your insulin response to foods.

How did the weekend go? Is your weigh in day tomorrow?
