my new journey

im not that big i weigh about 74kg however my problem area is my belly ever since i had my baby boy my stomach is very big even now people always mistake me for being pregnant and my son is now 2 years old
yes i want to lose a bit of weight however my belly is the main area i need food tips and how to maintain this journey i started

Hi and good luck on your journey. As with all weight loss, fat comes off where it wants to and not always where we want, but put in the effort (eat well and get some exercise) and it will eventually even out I'm sure.

You must be a month in, have you had some success??
My advice on the tummy is book an appt with a sports physio and get them to teach you to 'turn on' your core they can show you a few simple techniques and exercises that can really help so you cam so some light exercising whilst on your wellness journey.
Food wise - invest in a good vegetti! I have the Pete Evens one and am making heaps of zoodles with my meals so I feel like I'm having pasta and stirfrys but I'm really not consuming the carbs :)
