hey everyone.

hope you are all doing great with your weightloss journeys. I need some advice plz. I was wondering if anyone can give me an idea of a menu I can follow? I think I am eating to little as it is...I would really appreciate it...

Download the app my fitness pal, and weigh and document everything you eat for a week or so and you will know how your portions are going.
I eat basic,
Oats and fruit for breakfast, fruit or crackers for snack, toastie or leftovers for lunch, and meat and veg for dinner.
Lots of water,
And a few too many cups of tea that I really need to cut back..

I agree with Mumo3girls.
If your appetite has been reduced the basics outlined above should be more than enough.
O and buy gum not always being hungry and maybe missing meals can make your breath foul
