hey everyone 
i wanted to introduce myself. i am 26, mother of 3 and a shift worker doing 52 hours per week. i weighted myself a few weeks ago and freaked out!!! i was 117kg. So i jumped online booked a doctors appointment and ordered lunch and dinner meals through Lite n easy. first few days of the new meals i was really surprised that the food was ok and i actually enjoyed it, this gave me a huge boost. On day 4 of the meals i had my doctor appointment, GP was very happy with my action of ordering lite n easy and gave me a script of 30mg of Duromine and a doctors appointment in 2 weeks to see how things are going. the first 4 days i felt wired and a little strange, funny in the tummy, wide awake until about 1am, never hungry and a headache. Day 5 i weighed in at 114.6kg a huge 2.4kg loss. i didn't feel as wired or as funny in the tummy and went to sleep at 8:30pm and slept until 6am without waking. Day 6 (today) no funny feeling, no wired feeling and slightly hungry through out the morning.
i am so excited to be going on this journey and look forward to reading all your blogs and hopefully writing to you on both yours and my blogs.
