Ok... So it is only day two, but I am super keen.
I wonder how much of the enthusiasm is the Duromine and how much is that I have made a decision and mentally am ready for the lifestyle change?
I am drinking heaps of water because I have read the advice on the forums and know that it helps with the dry mouth etc. Even though I did not feel hungry this morning I made myself have a small breakfast.
I know I will definitely loose weight in the first few weeks, I always do when I start a new diet
. It is when the enthusiasm wears of in a few weeks time that I will know if the D is really working for me.
