I have been overweight almost most of my life my heaviest being now 90kg, my lightest 75kg (when I was going through a divorce). I have no self confindence at all. I hate shopping (being a size 16) cos what ever I like doesnt look good on me, so in actual fact I havent bought clothing in months. I hate how I look in pictures which make me feel worse about me. I have tried dieting but failed and ended up eating more than I should gaining more weight. I pray that this is going to be my solution cos I'm so sick of being overweight.
