I am 41 years old and I am in South Africa. I have been battling with my weight and a friend suggested the Duromines. I have been sceptical and scared at the same time because of the side effects I have heard of that other people mention. After reading through your blog posts, Im so insipred and I have made the appointment with my doctor to get the prescription and I' starting tomorrow. I'm so motivated and I feel I can do this.

I am sure I can do it. I'll be happy with a weight loss of between 1.5kg and 2kg per week. I have started exercing and I have a healthy balanced eating plan ready beacuse I want to do it right. Wish me luck!!!
