SO its Monday, New week! New start! Time to start kicking some goals!
My diet over the weekend was very average, I did have a couple of workouts which my body is responding really well too! Been getting some fuller nights sleep which has been amazing and pain free!
So I'm starting my numbers game, 1 week challenge to kick her off! Counting the cals and getting reg exercise in! Already had a lil workout this morning and a good clean breakfast!
Will do a weigh in at the end of the week! and see how it went!
