Suffering... ;(

I inherited a cold from my daughter. :confused:
My throat hurts and I can barely talk. :mad:
I have been having comfort food, with little exercise.
Did not weigh yesterday or today. Have been too miserable and I shudder to think what the scales are going to say. Will try to turn it around and weigh in on Friday.... Maybe ;)
I hate being sick.

I hate this feeling too! :confused: Couple of days before the new year, had literally slided down on the floor in the sports store! Fever (((
Lie on a cosy couch, take a soft blanket and pillow <3 some meds, hot drink, lemon, honey, raspberry jam... and plenty of care from your family! And weight loss stuff along with the scales can wait ;)

Hope you recovery quickly sharon I had the same last week couldn't eat or drink anything but water lasted 6 days...... Now back on Duromine 15 mg & Feeling stronger this week exercising & feeling happy I'm back in control. I didn't weigh in I'm waiting till Saturday this week.

How you feeling Smick ? sorry to hear you were ill..hope this month is a better one for you Hun.. slow and steady .. I am slowly getting back on track January has been a nightmare , glad I am awake now .. have a good weekend, x
