Im so grateful I have a great relationship with my doctor, whilst discussing my weight issues isn’t comfortable she made it so much easier to have a open honest conversation about it. Resulting with no judgment from her just support, a referral to dietician and script for Duromine.
She gave me stern warning about the possibility that it might agitate my anxiety ( which been under control for while now) but also suggested taking Duromine every 2nd day to help prevent the anxiety kicking in.
I’m feeling optimistic. I start my Duromine 30mg tomorrow and day after see dietitian. I’ve sloken to my personal trainer as well so everything is in place.
I’m starting out at 94.5 kgs my ultimate goal is 68kgs. I’ve carried this extra 26kg for 4 or so years now it’s time to loose what anti depressants did to my body 5yrs ago.
I’m also feeling nervous at same time, I’ve alot to loose. I don’t want to loose to fast and be unhealthy, but to slow also isn’t good.
