Welcome to day #1 Carley!!!
I'm so proud of myself for getting over my fear and going to my doctor and asking for help. I was weighed today, I'm 90.8 kilos, I'm down 11.7 kilos but my weight loss has not been moving for months. I have PCOS and fibro which aren't helping with the weight loss. The doctor was proud of me for doing this and getting this far and not giving up. In my heart I know giving up is the easy option. I want better, I deserve better. So here I am, ready to go!!!
My first goal is to get under 90 kilos. Realistically I would love to be under 85 kilos by the end of the year. I can only try my best right? I'm excited and I'm scared but no longer will I let fear hold me back...Welcome to my journey, to better health!!!
Dinner was such a small serve, I didn't eat until 7pm and that had to be forced.
Breakfast: Porridge
Lunch: 2 prawn sushi rolls
Dinner: Beef tikka masala over pasta
Exercise: 70 minutes treadmill
