This morning is the 2nd day of my Duromine journey. Yesterday I went to the chemist and didn't get to take my first tablet until 9am. I didn't really experience any real side effects, maybe just a touch of a dry mouth. Wasn't really hungry yesterday and ate half of what I normally would. I was however pretty much fixated on if I was hungry all day - probably just anxious about starting this journey though.
Starting weight: 116.2 kg
Height: 158cm
GW: 70 - 75
40 kg is so much too lose and I am doubting I will be able to reach that goal during my 3 months on Duramine but I am just hoping that I can lose enough weight to make exercise easier and be motivated to maintain a healthy lifestyle for long enough that they become a habit.
I currently work a pretty demanding job in an office but due to the toxic environment of the office and in a full blown commitment to loosing weight/changing my lifestyle I am quitting my job (Dec 23 is my last day) and am having 2 months off so I am going to make every effort to ditch the fat and the negative lifestyle.
Is a food diary recommended? I do tend to get fixated on the food diary and then if I blow out get disheartened and disengaged - any tips?
