Day 1: appetite suppressed with more energy. Ate a hot dog (darn it) but that was the only junk I had.
Day 2: appetite suppressed but energy was back to normal, headache started.
Healthy smoothie for breakfast, fruit for snacks and 2 healthy meals
Day 3: increased appetite, energy levels lower had to have a nana nap in the afternoon. Bad headache all day.
Increased the amount of protein today to try stop the hunger. I will down load the myfitness pal app to track food. I don’t think I am eating enough.
Day 4. Hungry . It’s lunch time and only had a yoghurt for breakfast. I am very tired. Headache is less as I have increased my water intake. I have to sort out my eating and plan. On a side note I had (sorry to be gross) really watery poops today, 3 times. Not food poisoning, maybe a side effect?
Day 5: Eating 5 small meals. Increased water intake. Headache is gone (thank goodness) and energy levels stable. Have not incorporated an exercise plan yet.
Day 6: I have sorted out my eating plan. Small meals every couple of hours. Trying to track it on myfitness pal but not great at that yet. Still going with the loose poops. But no headache and good energy levels. Sleep like a baby at night no problems. Have noticed I dont get cravings and don’t get ravenously hungry so no binge eating yay!
Day 7: weight 100.3 that is a loss of 1.7kg. No exercise. I feel lighter. No headache. No insomnia. No excessive energy. I feel my heart pounding today and I feel a little light headed. Stomach cramps are still there and a bit gassy. Feeling hopeful for the week to come
