Week 10... What a difference a week can make

After a rotten couple of weeks with injury and no net weight loss, this week I am back on track. I think it really helps that I have been recording everything I eat, drink and exercise. It has made me very aware of my limits. Even though I had a weekend that was not very great, with one night of drinking and a cheese platter that put me well above my limits and a Saturday where I forgot to eat as I was too busy fighting with my 19yo daughter. The rest of the week was pretty balanced.
Now for the numbers.
I weighed in this morning at 103.3 kg that is a weight loss for the week of 2.1 kg and a total weight loss over the 10 weeks of 13.7 kg. I have had many highs and lows in the past weeks and as I have had 10 weeks it is a good time to work out my average weight loss each week. That makes it around 1.37 kg a week. Nice and steady. My greatest loss was in the first week with a loss of 4.2 kg and I have two weeks in which I gained, the worst being 0.5 kg gained. My BMI is down from almost 40 to 35 (healthy is under 25). So far I have lost 11% of my starting body weight which is 26% of my goal.
I am feeling really great!
I have never stuck to a weight loss regime for this long and I have not been this weight for a looooong time. I am getting so close to being double digits and it is getting exciting.
