Spring is here and I have a spring in my step.
I am spring cleaning my life as well as my house and it feels great.
I have been out and about enjoying the great weather we have had and getting much needed exercise (though it has rained since yesterday).
My house is beginning to sparkle and I am keen to spring clean from top to bottom.
Time to go through my closets and sort through all of my once too small clothes so I have more options to wear.
We are finally renovating our swimming pool. It has been in for 14 years and the tiles were starting to fall away and the capping bricks were lifting. It will be so good to be able to swim and not feel so embarrassed. It will feel like a new pool.
To the weigh in...
This week I weighed in at 102.4 kg. A loss of 0.9 kg since last week band a total loss of 14.6 kg so far. Not far to go now and I will be in double digits! I exercised most days and I am regularly moving much, much more.
