A small gain this week, not surprising after my weekend away (not happy about it!!). An interesting learning for me was that due to my weekend away I didn't do my normal planning & shopping so my weeks meals were more adhoc than they have been and I got caught out a few times. Not liking this working thing, it takes all my spare time!!
Fitness, averaged 12k steps per day. no circuit, no soccer training, one game.
I need to refocus. I now take a tablet every two days..... I have about two weeks left and I wonder if I should go back to taking them daily and give it one big push!
