So here are my results for this week:
Starting weight (26.08.13) = 100 kg
Week 17 (23.12.13) = 84.6kg
Week 19 (06.01.14) = 84.8kg
This week = +0.2 kg
Total Loss = 14.8 kg
Goal = 70 kg
Mini goal = Under 80kg for my birthday (6.2.14)
I guess putting on 200g isn't TOO bad over the xmas and new year period. I didn't eat too badly, espeically compared to other christmas', but I didn't get to the gym either. I am now back in full swing at the gym to get down to 80kg before the end of the month! Wish me luck!
