Had my end of week 2 weigh in this morning and I’m feeling really good about the results this week. A loss of 2.8kg this week mostly just by changing my eating habits and no huge workouts. My exercise has mostly consisted of full on cleaning days as we are doing a big clean out.
I’m not going to lie I am pretty stoked with my results this week, I honestly didn’t expect to loose a lot and had myself mentally prepared for a 1-1.5kg loss so nearly double that is awesome!

SW - 97.4kg
CW - 92kg
*2.6kg loss for week 1
*2.8kg loss for week 2
*Total loss of 5.4kg in 2 weeks
I really love that my weight loss amount increased into my second week. I really did think that 2.6kg would be my cap per week due to most people loosing more in the first week although I guess I did have 2 crap days of eating in my first week which might explain the difference. Either way I’m still happy and hope that I can keep it up.
One thing I am worried about though with losing weight, especially at a faster rate is having saggy skin. I already have a mummy tummy that sags and I am so self conscious about it. Looks wise it bothers me a lot more then just being fat. I wear my pants on my hips (can’t stand wearing them higher) so it’s really noticeable with whatever I wear. So I’m just hoping that by the time I loose all this weight it won’t be even more noticeable.
Anyway that’s all for my entry for now. Time to go get stuck into my tasks for the day.
