Hi there Sk1nnyoneday, Congrats on the weight loss over the two weeks!
The symptoms list is kinder concerning darl! I really hope your ok! id be inclined to check with your GP if you should still be taking it? OR just check your covering the basics darl, Check your BMR caloric value, (how many calories your allowed for natural, slightly active, high activity muscle work loads) <heaps of websites just hit up google> make sure your eating something every quarter of the day that you are awake ( breaky, morning tea, lunch, dinner, supper, sweats etc ) doesnt have to be massive etc, your BMR split into 4/5/6, lite meals/snacks to induce KETOSIS, the bodys ability to burn stored fat for energy, also 4/5/6 ish meals a day should also get your metabolism to rise, also helping with fat burning.

(just stay with in your allowed calorie intake and its all good!)

If you want to, start logging your food intake, water intake and activity level for each day, on this site, there are good people here that can offer solid advice and counselling as to whats happening with you and your circumstances, and can offer more advice and guidance.

You have taken the first step into losing weight! We are here to help and support as best we can!
