Wow. 30 weeks!
I have NEVER stuck to anything for this long and I am seeing the benefits.
This week I weighed in at 87.7 kg. That is 0.9 kg loss since last week and a total of 29.3 kg lost so far.
My weight loss is slow but steady and the main thing is that I am still losing.
January does not have all of the challenges that December confronts me with but I still find it difficult to get back to my routines as it is school holidays. I prefer it when I have to structure my day more, less chances for snacking. I have all of this time in my day but it seems that I am getting not a lot done. It is 1:30 pm and I still have not exercised today. On a school day I would have done this before getting the kids up at 7 am. I am going to hop on the treadmill after posting this.
It is raining today and I just want to have a rest day BUT my Misfit movement tracker tells me I have reached my goals for 17 days in a row (which means all of this year as well ) and I don't want to ruin my perfect record... sooooo.... 60-90 mins on the treadmill The sooner I do it, the sooner it will be over. Yesterday I had heaps of energy, I biked, did a resistance training/cardio session AND walked but today I just am feeling lazy. I should not have had a sleep in this morning .
