So I just came back from my GP and explained what I was doing. The doctor seems to think that Duro is specifically perscribed so that you can lose weight quickly and so to only be taking it 1-2 week wont be effective.
However, I still insisted that I want to try it out safely and with NO side effects possible, and the GP said its not going to do any harm. Just thinks that it wont be worthwhile.
I find however that I lose my appetite for at least 2 days and I cannot go on a exercise spree (which is what helps you reduce your side effects from the first place) on days that I work. I work 8-5 and come home to cook for family and basically dont really have time to fit in an intense workout.
I hope it's going to help with my motivation to keep healthy though.
I lost 1 kilo last week, so my aim this week is to maintain that.
In 1 month, I would like to have lost 2 kilos and over 6 months lose about 6-8 kilos.
Its about breaking my bad habit, which is being lazy (i love it!) and indulging in cooking and eating.
