Well, the actual active ingredient in both medications is the same - Phentermine.
The rate of Phentermine release differs. Duromine releases it slowly and gradually during the day, and Panbesy releases it faster in one dose.
Some people prefer Duromine, and others say that Panbesy works better for them.
