Hello @HeatherA . I have changed my diet. I don't have 3 big meals I break it up into 6 small meals and I count my calories. I have between 1200 to 1800 calories but never go over 1800. I also exercise by going for a hour-long walk after work. I also under a physo (injury my shoulder at work) who gave me a work out list that include weights. I also go for a run at 4.30am before work and my job I'm alwasy running around so never really stop till at 9pm.HeatherA said:Hello! that's great work.
