Okay. So. I decided to give this medication a try this time.
I can say that side effects of Saxenda have been minimal for me. I felt minor nausea at the start but now almost none. Had terrible burping and indigestion at bedtime a few weeks back, now that’s gone too. Currently, I’m on week 9 and still on 0.5mg dose, not sure should I go up to 1mg or not, as I’m losing slow and steady at 0.5mg and like I mentioned before, I almost don't have side effects from Saxenda. So far so good.

Hello, dear @Kris258!
Gastrointestinal disturbances are the most commonly reported adverse effects during therapy with Saxenda.

Here are some tips for coping with burping:
  • drink plenty of water to stay hydrated,
  • drink green tea 2-3 times a day.
If you still experience sulfur burps, ask your doctor for a medicine to treat digestive problems.
