This is my first blog EVER so i have no idea how and what to say but here goes...
Firstly....I FEEL FRICKEN AMAZING !! im feeling positive and KNOW this time im going to stick to a healthy new lifestyle for myself.
I took my first tablet on Monday and did not realize i should probably weigh myself but, however i weighed myself on Tuesday (2nd day) and i weighed 71.9 kg so im assuming i started on 72 kg. It is now Wednesday (day3) and weigh in at 69.8 kg. For 3 days im pretty happy. I feel i now have the willpower to say no to bad foods and make better choices. I also have the energy and motivation to go to the gym with my daughter in the pram and train everyday.
My hubby says he can tell im happier already. I suppose thats because i feel like this time its going to work.
Need to rest now as the little one will be waking up soon for a nappy change.
