About 5 months ago i stopped taking duromine after 3 cycles of 40mgs.

While i was off i didnt gain any weight which is great! but i didnt loose any either. so last week i thought... fuck it im gonna go on again. my plan is to utilize the next 3 months to get myself to 90kgs and then thats it.

This week i have lost 3.4kgs however i know when you first start duromine.. the first month is where you will loose the most. but also because my starting weight is 112kgs this time, not 157kgs.. its not going to come off as quick. from memory when i first did duromine at 157kgs i think i lost ikgs in the first week and i think 20kgs in the first month.

Thats obviously not going to happen this time as i am smaller. ( a girl can wish though)

Side note.. for those of you who are looking for workout gear, running bare have select items that go to a size 22 and lorna jane recently upped their size to go to a XL (their website says thats a 16) and all the other big names go to about a size 12-14. just in case anyone wanted to know.

Anyway.. i also joined a gym, jetts, about a month ago and its my first gym! i met with a pt who took me through a routine i can do and fuck... its really embarassing using the equipment.. i mean the tredmill and cardio stuff is fine.. but i just feel so "on show" using the weight machines and stuff.. maybe its something that wont bother me after a while??? it just feels weird to me because i love the way i look.. super confident and alll that... maybe its because im new to the gym life... a bit like starting a new job... i dont kow where things are and i dont know anybody lol fuck knows.

I asked santa for a size 10 hot af body this Christmas, fucker better come through hahahaha

Yeah, Laura Kate, the gym seems scary at first. Imagine how I was feeling in my 40+ and quite large size for the first time? But from my experience, this feeling goes away once it becomes a routine. I also hired pt and he was always polite and careful, so I stopped paying attention after a while)) Normally, people are going to gym to work" so they should focus on themselves, so no one is really watching you, let this thought calm you down a little. Great to have you back, dear! I wish more people would know such details of losing weight, as you mentioned (slower, faster, what to expect), but that's practice. Let the new journey begin! ;)

Journey from 120kg
Good luck. Looking forward to seeing your progress this time round☺ I am starting back up again after 6 months off of duromine.
