Well, this is my first entry for this blog and most of it will be about what has happened in the past year.

As my info states, I joined this blog last year in November as I was given a 1 week trial by my doctor. I found it had little-to-no side effects for me which was great, if fact, I felt more energised and motivated. I think I lost about 1-2kgs in that week which I was really happy with.

I stopped taking Duromine as my trial ended and to fill the prescription would of been $100+ a month, which at that time, I was not willing to pay, particularly as I wanted to try another method which was free to me.

Fast forward about 9 months and now I've recently found out that I have PCOS (which really does explain a lot about my body and it's numerous quirks). The doctor prescribed this to me as a method to help manage PCOS and my weight (which is really a two-for-one deal for me). As the previous method didn't really work well for me, I'll be starting back on this from tomorrow morning when I hope to also do another post with detailed weight and measurement information (for posterity's sake hahaha).

I'm hopeful that by the end of my first month, I will be able to say that I have successfully gotten down to 99 kgs with a goal point of 77-73 kgs. I'm thinking of the money as an investment, but one that I will only be able to continue making, if I am serious in my attempt. For this, I'm going to try logging my food intake religiously and exercising at home when I'm not doing Tae Kwon Do on Thursdays and Saturdays.

Here is to the first post and the hopefulness with which I hope to maintain.

So I'm four weeks in and I am definitely not upset with the progress I've made so far. All up...
