I took my last Duromine table just before christmas
Ive been working hard to not put any weight back on and so far ive been successful
But I am about to head to the doctor thismorning for another prescription as Im feeling hungry alot and have started eating crap at work(work in a takeaway shop)
so my day 1 again will be tomorrow and ive recently had a birthday and im now 40, so getting the weight off and keeping it off is getting harder and harder
not looking forward to the first few days of insomnia or the dry mouth but I can handle it
