I know I am only on day 3 but I'm feeling really good about this so far. I havn't weighed myself since starting and i'm not going to until my weekly weigh in, but I needed to share this. I feel fantastic, and its weird but i also feel smaller. I think starting this is exactly what I needed to make a real change on my life. Bring on the future.
