Day 3

Slept way better last night, phew.

I don't want to obsessively jump on the scales 5 times a day, but this morning I couldn't resist a quick peek.

85.5kg
was 86.3kg 3 days ago

Can't wait to see the number on day 7.

I aim to only weigh myself weekly.

I know it's only day 3, but I am daring to believe this might actually be the thing that helps me FINALLY overcome my decade long battle with obesity.

On that note, I'm still super positive. Every morning, first thing, I walk for 45-60mins, sometimes even twice a day. That can sometimes be 10-12 km's walked!! I'm doing my optifast b'fast & lunch, with a healthy dinner, fruit snacks & litres & litres of water.

For the first time in a long, long time I feel hopeful.

Hi Mrsj! Congrats on better night’s sleep! Well done with walking, and I hope you made the right choice about replacing two meals a day with optifast. Monitor your hunger and if you notice it coming up, replace on optifast meal with a normal healthy dish. You don’t want to wake up one day eating everything you see in the fridge. =))) best of luck and a great week!
